Does $2,999 mean we’re certified?

No. Kaiso gets your business audit-ready. The certificate itself is issued by a separate accredited certification body after they audit you, and their fee is typically $3,000–$10,000 depending on your size and the standard. That's paid to them, not to us. Kaiso replaces the consultant you'd otherwise hire to prepare — it doesn't replace the auditor, and nobody can sell you a certificate.

Which standards does this cover?

ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). If a tender has asked you for one of those three, you're in the right place.

Is this software we have to learn?

No. There's no portal to roll out and no implementation project for your team to run. You send us how you already work, and the work comes back done. The monthly subscription afterwards is the same arrangement — we keep the system current, you get on with the job.

An AI is writing our safety system?

The AI does the drafting and the gap-scoring, which is the slow part. A qualified compliance specialist then verifies the output before it goes anywhere near an auditor. That human check is the point — you should never be left defending a document nobody qualified has read.
